This Miken Freak 9R Josh Riley 12″ Slow Pitch Bat is a two-piece, all-composite design that incorporates advanced technologies for enhanced performance. The C4 composite material, along with the E-Flex 360 technology, ensures top-level performance from all faces of the barrel. The Vortex Xtreme Handle efficiently transfers the strength from a batter’s swing into the barrel by optimizing the internal carbon fiber layers within the handle. Another standout feature is the A1 Knob, which is smaller than a regular knob and allows batters to comfortably lay their bottom finger[s] over or under it for improved leverage and comfort when swinging.
And lastly, it would be crazy for us not to mention the SuperMax (1 Ounce) End Load that Miken adds to this bat. This will put it up there with the other really heavy slow pitch bats that exist. Because of that barrel-heavy feel, we would really only recommend this bat for intrepid power hitters!
Warranty
Miken is willing to offer a twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty on this bat. If you have purchased the bat from us and notice a defect on the bat within that original 12 month time period, please reach out to our Bat Experts. They will be happy to get you all the information needed to reach out to Miken to begin the warranty replacement process.
An important thing to remember is that Miken will not accept a bat back for a warranty replacement if it does not have the original serial sticker with it. Because of that, be sure that you save the serial sticker that comes on the bat’s taper when it is first delivered.
