In early September, Team USA will once again face off against Team Canada at the 2022 Border Battle. Since its inception in 2009, Team USA has dominated this annual international slow pitch competition boasting a 9-2 record over our rivals from the North.  And to honor America’s finest slow pitch players, Miken is releasing this Limited Edition Freak USA 14″ SuperMax USSSA approved Slow Pitch Bat!
With this two-piece, all-composite bat; you won’t need to worry about annoying seams on the barrel that will lower performance. Miken has designed this model with the E-Flex 360 barrel that will allow all surfaces of the barrel to perform up to the highest level allowed by USSSA slow pitch rules. And to assist batters in getting the max performance out of their swings, the Freak USA 14″ has been crafted with the F4P feature that allows for an efficient movement of energy from the handle of the bat to the barrel. This should give the bat excellent performance and provide the quintessential amount of flex between the barrel and handle at contact with the softball.
Lastly, Miken has equipped this specific Freak with a 14-inch barrel that will carry their SuperMax load, which will have a fairly concentrated sweet spot due to the end-loaded feel. In return, this will reward well-struck balls with unmatched distance and exit velocity.
Warranty
Miken is willing to offer a twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty on this bat. If you have purchased the bat from us and notice a defect on the bat within that original 12 month time period, please reach out to our Bat Experts. They will be happy to get you all the information needed to reach out to Miken to begin the warranty replacement process.
An important thing to remember is that Miken will not accept a bat back for a warranty replacement if it does not have the original serial sticker with it. Because of that, be sure that you save the serial sticker that comes on the bat’s taper when it is first delivered.
